Synopsis: Imagine a world where your destiny has already been decided...by your future self.

It's Callie’s seventeenth birthday and, like everyone else, she's eagerly awaiting her vision―a memory sent back in time to sculpt each citizen into the person they're meant to be. A world-class swimmer. A renowned scientist.

Or in Callie's case, a criminal.

In her vision, she sees herself murdering her gifted younger sister. Before she can process what it means, Callie is arrested and placed in Limbo―a hellish prison for those destined to break the law. With the help of her childhood crush, Logan, a boy she hasn’t spoken to in five years, she escapes.

But on the run from her future, as well as the government, Callie sets in motion a chain of events that she hopes will change her fate. If not, she must figure out how to protect her sister from the biggest threat of all—Callie, herself.

The premise to "Forget Tomorrow" is one that really interested, so when I was offered the chance to review it, I jumped at it. Coming in, I wasn't really sure what to expect from the book, so I went in with a really open mind.
Overall, I enjoyed the book, however it was nothing special to me. The plot is one that I have seen done before and the writing is very reminiscent of a lot of Young Adult books coming out nowadays; nothing special in a literature capacity. Matter of fact, this book reminded me a lot of "Awakening" by Shannon Duffy, also published by Entangled Teen. You can read my review for it here. I guess what I am saying, is that this book plays on a troupe that I am frankly done with. You have a special girl, a boy that saves her, etc. etc. etc. While the sci-fi elements incorporated in this book were interesting, they weren't all too unique. I will admit, the ending was rather nice twist that I didn't see coming.
A big problem I had with this book is I didn't connect with the characters. The main character, wasn't all that special and her narration is something I've read from many female characters.
I guess I should clarify myself some. The book was not bad. It was enjoyable. I have however reached a point that I am getting tired of reading the same story over and over again. This used to not bother me, but I have almost reached my breaking point. I crave something truly different, and unfortunately, this book just wasn't that unique to me.  If you want to read a sci-fi YA novel, you'll probably like this book.
To sum it all up, the book was a good read, however a lot more could have made it better. I might consider reading the rest of the series when the next book(s) come out, however I learned book 2 is in a different POV, and I don't think I really want to read from another perspective.

*Thank you Entangled Teen for providing me an ARC of this book. It is much appreciated.*
